Lead Therapist
Dr. Linnea Burk is ACT’s supervising Psychologist. Additionally Erin VanDeHey, M.A. BCBA is also a Lead Therapist and behavioral expert. Both are recognized as lead therapists under the state waiver program and the insurance companies we contract with. The role of the Lead Therapist is to oversee each case to ensure quality of treatment. They work with staff to develop programming, create behavior plans, and provide support to families throughout treatment.
Clinical Supervisors
The role of Clinical Supervisor is to provide additional support and supervision to our therapy teams. Clinical Supervisors are an additional resource for ideas, troubleshooting, and collaborative support.
Senior Therapist
The role of the Senior Therapist is to create and implement your child’s individualized therapy program. Your Senior Therapist will work closely with you throughout your child’s treatment. They will provide training and recommendations to you as a parent regarding therapy and generalization. The Senior Therapist provides training and support to all line staff on your child’s team. Senior Therapists have a minimum of 2000 hours of experience in working with children on the autism spectrum
Line Staff
Line Staff provide the majority of direct service hours to our clients. Line Staff employees have a minimum of 30 hours of supervised training before they are able to work with your child 1:1. They receive regular supervision and ongoing training by supervising staff.
